divorced pro sec.Only thing the judge granted was full custody of my two children and the divorce. She is know were to be found has new man.left me with house and bancrupcy. But cant do anything because her name is on both.Judge left everything reserved.Been a year now and want to move on .dont know how to get back to court and get the house put in my name so i could sell. The bancrupcy was 50,000 so that should be her share of equity.child support is looking for her too.She also was going to get a lawsuit judgement why we were still married am i intitled to any of that

Richard, do you have the full name of her new man? Often, the person they hide with and under can be found, and from there, you might be able to locate her, then have her personally served. You might get lucky using one of the internet sites as KnowX.com.

I doubt you'll be entitled to any portion of her lawsuit winnings, with the exception of the children. Did you notify the child support unit of the lawsuit? Perhaps if its not too late and perhaps if you have the name of the attorney who took her lawsuit case, they may be able to put in a assets claim for the children. I can't be certain, but it's worth a shot.
