Hello, all. I am considering starting precedings to file for a no-fault divorce. I have been researching the Internet and found several do-it-yourself divorce sites. One in particular that I am interested in is completecase.com. I checked them out with the BBB and they received favorable reviews. My questions are : "Has anyone else used this resource or a smiliar one? How would you rate it?" Any information that you can share will be greatly appreciated. FYI: We have two minor children and agree on distribution of assets as well as child-custody issues. He really doesn't want the divorce, but, has agreed to a no-fault divorce (he was unfaithful and I have proof and have informed him that I will use it, if needed). You might look for DIY Divorce books that are written specifically for divorce in your state. Most have a CD that has all of the necessary forms current at least to the publication date of the book.
