Hello, all. I am considering starting precedings to file for a no-fault divorce. I have been researching the Internet and found several do-it-yourself divorce sites. One in particular that I am interested in is completecase.com. I checked them out with the BBB and they received favorable reviews. My questions are : "Has anyone else used this resource or a smiliar one? How would you rate it?" Any information that you can share will be greatly appreciated. FYI: We have two minor children and agree on distribution of assets as well as child-custody issues. He really doesn't want the divorce, but, has agreed to a no-fault divorce (he was unfaithful and I have proof and have informed him that I will use it, if needed). Thank you in advance for the responses.

You might look for DIY Divorce books that are written specifically for divorce in your state. Most have a CD that has all of the necessary forms current at least to the publication date of the book.

You can also find forms and instructions on many state and county websites. Search for (Your County or State) Law Library.
