Ok...picked up daughter tonight from visitation with her father. We were barely on the road and she said "Daddy told me not to tell you what happened, so I'm not" she is 6....obviously wanting to share.

In a nutshell my ex went off on his girlfriend, doing SAME behaviors he did with me...but...the fighting evidently started while they were all shopping at a department store...and my ex acted as though he was locking his girlfriend out of the car...then they fought horribly in the car and my ex started telling his girlfriend to get out of the car....yelling...telling her she looked ridiculous and ugly...aggressively pulling down the visor mirror...threatened to call the police...DID call the police....girlfriend screaming, scared and crying....and my 6 year old said she was crying and sitting in between the girlfriend's twin girls.

My daughter was so upset. is there anything I can do here??? He is a textbook sociopath...this will be #3 one woman before me, me, and now her....and my daughter is sitting there watchin gher father do this and then he tells her to keep it from me.

Is this grounds for a visitation change...or SOMETHING??? Deserate here

You should make a point of writing all of this down. You should take your daughter to a counselor and have the counselor do an assessment.
