We don't want to work it out.... This will cost you about $90.00 if you file it in court. Having to serve her will cost you maybe $50.00. Check with her county sheriff for procedure and cost.

You want to make sure everything is done correctly. Engaging an attorney simply to write the documents will only cost a couple hundred dollars or so. It's not the same as hiring an attorney to fight with the other party.
