yoyomom New User Registered: 05/13/08 Posts: 3	Which is a better state to divorce in, Georgia or SC? I believe you have to be separated a year before SC will allow the divorce. One of us lives in SC the other in GA. Each has driver's licenses in their designated states but the house in which we own is in SC. Any suggestions?
