I live in a community property state. I draw a VA and Postal Disability check each month...Is my disability income community property and my wife sold her home to move into her Mother's home to care for her at NO charge...the people that bought her home are paying $500 a month to her for 12 years..Is this income community property and are my bills such as lot rent, electricity, phone etc 1/2 hers even though she is living with and caring for her rich mother????
