My ex is threatening to take me to court AGAIN!!!
He says if I don't agree to meet him half wy on the weekends for him to get kids he is taking me to court.
It has already been signed into documents on another time he took me to court that he would provide the transportation to get the kids when it was his weekend.
He is now saying he will take me to court if I don't meet half way and when we go he will also file for me to help pay medical insurance on top of it.

Can this happen??? I mean all of this has already just a year ago gone before a judge!!!

He can file motions as often as he likes, and you have to respond to them. In general, judges tire of endless motions and want the parents to work things out for themselves outside of court. If this battle has already been fought, then your ex is just spinning his wheels (unless he can demonstrate a material change in circumstances). Moreover, judges are generally reluctant to modify existing orders. Next time you discuss the matter with him, tell him that you hope he likes paying both his legal fees and yours.

Is it legally mandatory? No. Is it a REALLY REALLY good idea? Yes.

Now he is saying that when he takes me to court that he will file for me to help carry insurance on the kids. He has been carrying the insurance on them since the divorce.
Would this be changed or can it be changed? I do work but I don't even have it on myself cause I can't afford it.
And since he was the one that moved away would a judge make me drive to meet him on his weekends to have the kids???

"he will file for me to help carry insurance on the kids"
Wish him luck. NCP parents are almost always ordered to carry insurance on the kids (some refuse to, but that's another matter).

"And since he was the one that moved away would a judge make me drive to meet him on his weekends to have the kids???"
Possibly, but unlikely. Every judge is different, and every situation is unique, so one never knows, but read what I wrote above:
"judges are generally reluctant to modify existing orders"

Don't be too scared by the threats. Remember that just as an attorney would cost you money, it would cost him money as well. If he's so hard up that the insurance is giving him difficulty, where is he going to get the $2k retainer?
