Hi:

My wife has taken my 3 yr old from KY (where we are residents) to TX. She has been gone 6 weeks. She is not allowing visitation or calls, etc. She is refusing counseling and has not decided if she wants divorce. She has stopped all communication with me.

Can I get a court order or something to make her bring child back to KY while we decide on divorce?

Is there anything I can do short of divorce to get visitation with child or bring back to KY?

Thanks

Talk to an attorney ASAP. You can almost certainly get an order either returning the child to the state or laying down a possession schedule.
