We have a mediator as our parenting time expeditor. I thought we would be paying a retainer, but it turns out we will be paying a deposit.

The Agreement the mediator sent me states that the deposit needs to stay intact and any services rendered are paid over and above the deposit.

My question: When this person is no longer our PTE, will she be required to pay us interest on our deposit? (Like a landlord would be required to do.)

Any ideas of where to look for this information on line?
