She lied. Big time. The divorce is over but for the dust settling (a few minor motions left to decide), but I finally have my records and can finally show the court that she used fraudulent figures, etc. I am not sure what kind of attorney I need to follow up on this issue. I am afraid it all boils down to an incompetent attorney, and legal malpractice is something no one wants to touch in our "small" legal community...Advice?

The fraudulent info she used - what was it used for? (child support, alimony, etc)?
