I live in CA but own property in HI (Big Island). The current judgment awards me the property. In CA he just needs to sign an interspousal transfer deed. How do I do it in HI? Do I need to hire an attorney in HI?

My guess is that if the property is worth very much, it's worth your time to contact an attorney in Hawaii and ask.
