Hi everyone. I'm new here.

My exhusband has a hearing next week in front of the judge regarding a motion my attorney filed against him for Contempt for child support that is owed. I'm in Oklahoma.

Has anyone had any experience with this? I'm not sure what to expect.

I have several times and each time he has received a warning and a drop dead date to pay. I have had 3 for child support and 2 regarding property and every time there has never been a punishment or a guilty verdict.
