I have a friend who has a child with a woman who lives in Nevada. When the child was born she refused to put my friend on the birth certificate and now he is going through the courts to get his rightful visitation with his daughter. He just got papers yesterday from his ex girlfriend stating he is unfit to have his child unsupervised, etc. I wont go into it all, but she is basically bashing him, wanting him to pay for her attorney costs and a paternity test, she was the one who asked for the paternity test, he never did. My question, what does it take in the state of Nevada to prove someone is an unfit parent? He as to answer these allegation within 7 days, so any help would be great.
