My ex-wife has failed drug tests and in turn, I have temporary full custody of my daughter. She is taking me back to court to try and get joint custody with her being the domicilary parent. She was ordered to take drug tests but was given ample time to "clean up her act" before each test. She has faked the tests in the past, showing up to court with prescriptions for medications she was taking but the medications did not show up on her tests. I have inside information that she has been purchasing kits to help pass drug tests as well as purchasing prescription medication online. How would I go about getting records related to these purchases? Since I cannot convince "the system" that there are products available that actually work in doctoring hair follicle test results, I figure the next best thing would be to prove that these purchases were made prior to her testing. I know of one credit card she has through a particular bank but know that there are others. Any suggestions?

File a motion to make her produce her credit card statements for the relevant periods. List the credit card you know as one that you want. Also ask that she produce a copy of her credit report for the court so that the court can verify that all of her credit cards are present in the statements she turns over.
