moonbaby New User Registered: 02/28/07 Posts: 1	Iam the cp living in Texas. ncp lives in minnesota. My question is after the support papers have been sent from the attorney generals office in texas to minnesota how long does it take the dcse to enfore them? When will they take his license? He is over $11,000 in the arrears. He says he will not pay no way no how. He has paid $200. total in over 6 years.

astrolink Superstar Registered: 06/03/03 Posts: 5742	MN CSE employees love cases like yours. Expect him to be in court in a month. However, don't expect to see any money. Often, anyone that never pays, moves away in a hurry.
