Married for 2 years with abusive husband that does not want to got to marriage counseling nor anger management. We have a 18 month year old, worried that he will take off with her to Mexico. My husband can not even take care of her for a hour and I am worried what he might do if we get a divorce. I love him but I think that I am trying harder than he is in the marriage. And I am tired of walking on egg shells and watching what I say and do around him. Because I am afraid that he will get upset. He has managed to keep me and my daughter distant from everyone that I care about. what do I need to do about a divorce and child custody.

I just replied to another posting of yours with several questions. I then went back and read your other two posts, which cleared up some things. It does sound like it is escalating and there is physical abuse. You need to immediately and secretly reconnect with those that he has distanced you from.

I think with the Christmas holiday, there were not many posters on this site, so I think that's why you didn't get more replies. I think it's urgent that you get out ASAP.
