I have been separated for 4 years. My husband lives in TX and I have lived here for 5 years. When we separated he moved back to TX. The problem is 1) I have sent papers to him to get a divorce and he will not sign them and return them. I sent them twice!!! I did these on my own using the forms I bought off the internet, in the hopes I could avoid paying a lawyer. What can I do? 2) Can I possibly run an add in the paper and get my divorce this way? I really want to get this divorce overwith and dont want to have to go to TX and hunt him down to get him to sign the papers.
