lil_choice New User Registered: 07/15/06 Posts: 1	my husband resides in kansas and we got married in kansas abt 2 mths ago. i am no longer in the us and back in my home to country to work. i am considering divorce or anullment of the marriage. i want nothing from him and we dont have children or any shared debt. how do i proceed to serve divorce papers or is anullment of the marriage the way to go? do i have to return to the us to do this or can i just do it in my home country? what s the process like? wld appreciate any help i can get. thank you.
