I am 19 yrs old. I was married on 5-5-06, the first 2 weeks were good. I am now 4 wks pregnant. I was not pregnant when we got married. We moved to Texas to stay with my mom until we could get on our feet. He has not made any type of effort to work. He treats me like crap. I have seen a totally different person than the man I married. I found some very incriminating evidence of him talking to other women on the internet, and I saw him with another woman, (which he denies). I am afraid that he might harm me. Do I have grounds for an annulment? :confused:

Doubt it, but you can get a divorce. An annulment would apply if the marriage was not consumated or there was fraud.

Your first mistake was getting married when neither one of you was self supporting. One does not get married and then move in with the parents! You made a mistake in getting married so young, now you made it worse by getting pregnant so soon after. Now you will be forever bound to him through the baby. If he has threatened you, you can go to the police and get a restraining order. I'm shocked your mother has not kicked his lazy butt out!
