dani21 New User Registered: 06/08/06 Posts: 1	been divorced for awhile. my ex said he told his lawyer he was broke but i knew he was hiding money now i find out that he just purchaced a 700.ooo.00 building what is my recourse?? he has money iam i still entiled or not. :confused:

astrolink Superstar Registered: 06/03/03 Posts: 5742	You might be entitled; more facts are needed. Also, buying a $700,000 bulding in itself doesn't mean much. He might have a mortgage of $690,000. It's the amount of cash that was used in the down payment, and where it came from that could matter. Was there ever financial sheets done that declare all assets, cash, etc.? How long have you been divorced?
