Because of the nature of my husband's job, divorce is going to be a pain. I really need to know the accepted definition of impotence in state of Arkansas. He's physically able but we haven't actually had sex for over a year. Would that hold up as a reason for divorce?

Fault is not required to get a divorce (nor do the courts even want to hear about it). If you don't like the direction the toilet roll is installed by your spouse, you've all the reason you need. It's called irreconcilable differences.
