What constitutes a resideny requirement in Vermont? Can one only have a post office box for a divorce or are there other things needed, i.e., bills, rent, etc.?

I am not sure only a post office box would work, I am sure they would want a utility bill or something of that. I am not an expert but I would think they would require this as just about anyone can get a PO Box and live in another state.
