There aren't any postings under this state. I can only surmise one of the following:

1. People in North Dakota do not have computers or they do have them but don't know how to use them.

2. They haven't wired North Dakota for the internet yet. Might be too dang cold to run the wires.

3. No one in North Dakota ever gets divorced. Hell, it's so damn cold there that you best hang on to whatever kind of woman or man you end up with.

4. In North Dakota, to get rid of an unwanted marital partner you don't hire a lawyer you simply shoot them.

5. No one ever gets hitched in North Dakota. They are all simply enjoying life and sleeping with whoever they want.
