We have been seperated since mid 2004. There is no real estate involved. We owned a business together and had to file bankruptcy at the end of 2004. The company owes the IRS a chunk.
She agreed to sign no fault divorce papers. I had them drawn up in Spring of 2005. They were very basic and they stated that we would each be responsible for half of the money that is due to the IRS. We did not have any mutual children. There is no child support or alimony to be discussed. She was having an affair. She moved out of our house and across the state to live with one of her boyfriends.
After having the papers drawn, she refused to sign them. She still refuses. One day she even had the nerve to call me and say that she would sign them if I gave her 2000 dollars that night.
We have been seperated for a year and a half....I am just ready to move on with my life. Is there any way for me to get this divorce finalized without having to go through months in court? I know there is a mandatory 60 day waiting period in MS.

Get an attorney and have him file for a divorce on grounds of adultery (name the boyfriend(s) and abandonement, have her served and I bet her disposition changes.
