My ex-husband, who used to make over $70K/year has been laid off and is collecting unemployment. The reduction in child support has been substantial, to say the least.

Now, he is coming into some major inheritance money and may never need to work again.

How will this affect his child support obligations?

I really don't want to take him back to court for this if I can help it, but, on the other hand, I depend on his contribution to provide a home for the 2 children who live with me.

Any thoughts?
