I don't think many NCP's (male for female) would give up their right to parent in exchange for money (CS).

Well, I know of quite a few who would love this idea. As a matter of fact, I know of quite a few who have gone to court with just this idea and got slapped down hard!!!

Edited - especially when they have a "new" family.
