My husband had filed for child support a few months before our child was born, and at the time, his ex had no job, so the state filed her as making min. wage. Now she has an, at least, $15/hr job and we have been getting the kids every week, all week so far this month, and it doesn't look like that time spent with us is going to change any time soon. We would like to get the CS monthly payment reduced since the kids(they had two) are staying with us now. What do we need to do?

Go to court and file for a modification to custody and child support due to a "change in circumstances".
