No, I am saving them to cd so I can use it when she requests that supervised visitation be stopped. I do not want my children around her BF either.

That's a good idea also!

So, since she has supervised visitations, does she go there with her bf also? or does she have to leave him home?

They went good even though she showed up two hours late. Said she had to wait on her BF, he had a job interview.

You say she has to be supervised. I am just wondering why she has supervised visitation. I don't know you whole story. I'm just wondering because I'm thinking about supervised visitation or something for my STBX.

feel lucky ky dad.. we have 2 pcs of property and it's just me and her and it's been almost 2 yrs. and now they're telling me it may be march. march will be two yrs.. she's claiming she's suicidal, depressed, etc., etc.. i keep paying temp maintenance fees and was paying the utility bills.. i found out my 1st lawyer and her had a case together yrs prior that i never knew about? we never went to court yet and his bill was $6800.. and when we finally got to mediation, he never did anything for my rights.. during mediation, she popped some pills and was out of it soo bad, the mediator and her atty wouldn't let her make a decition(thank god for me, i was getting ready to take it on the chin).. the mediator, and both atty's let her drive home in that condition.. i can't seem to get anywhere with this divorce?? i've offered her over 50%, but she won't take it.. just wants to keep it going as long as she's getting her ck every month!! any help from you or anyone would be greatful..
