Hi, I’m Kate and I am a 26 year old Customer Support Rep in Salt Lake City, Utah. I work for Identigene (www.dnatesting.com) and help customers with a wide range of questions about DNA and Paternity testing. I often feel like I am part Client Support, part Therapist and part High School Biology Teacher. One of the most rewarding parts of my job has been to work with people who contact me about DNA testing. Beyond answering questions, they often just need a shoulder to cry on or just someone to hear their story.
