| BRIAN D. TURNER, JR., (Bturner@cwcd.com) is an attorney and registered mediator with the law firm of Cory, Watson, Crowder & DeGaris, P.C. (www.cwcd.com) Mr. Turner holds a BA in Political Science from the University of South Florida and received his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He is admitted to practice in the State of Alabama, the United States District Court, Northern District of Alabama and the United States District Court, Middle District of Alabama. Mr. Turner is a member of the Alabama Bar Association and the Birmingham Bar Association. He has served on the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the Alabama Bar Association, and as a member of the Birmingham Bar Association's Family, Juvenile, and Domestic Relations Courts Procedures Committee. His law practice focuses in civil litigation. Prior to joining Cory, Watson, Crowder & DeGaris, P.C., he practiced with the firm of Wood & Shaw, L.L.C., and was a partner in the law firm of Hoover, Evans & Turner, P.C. Mr. Turner is a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Hoover, Alabama, and is involved with various fund raising and civic projects in the Birmingham metropolitan area. |
